WebQuests. Wikis, Blogs, MOODLE and More . . .

Projects are an important part of student life and the interaction with technology in problem based learning is critical to the cognitive development of the student. Projects in World History & Cultures are varied, but all utilize the power of digital technology to unleash the power of the world wide web and the interaction of learning communities across the world in the quest to provide the latest and most up-to-date pedagogical tools for the maximum student achievement outcome. The use of technology, including social networking applications, represents an important component of the mission critical functions of the 21st century classroom. Students have very powerful technology at their disposal and it is incumbent upon the teacher to utilize student technical proficiency in the pedagogical processes of education.
